At NVS Equine Attire, we go to great lengths to ensure our customers are satisfied and remain happy with the purchases you make from us every time. We value your repeat business immensely and the following policies are in place to keep you, our customers happy, and hopefully encourage you to give us positive referrals to your friends and fellow equestrian enthusiasts.
Whilst we have stringent quality checks, we suggest that you check your purchases immediately on receipt and satisfy yourself that they are free from manufacturing defects before any use whatsoever. In the unlikely event there are issues relating to the quality and workmanship of an item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our upmost to rectify the situation. A store credit, exchange or a refund will be issued in these warrantable cases if the fault can be readily demonstrated and cannot be repaired or rectified by us. In these warrantable cases, please ensure the item is returned to us within a further 7 days, still in original packaging with tags attached, unused, undamaged and unmarked. Please do not send any item back before contacting us first.
Returns and Exchanges
We are only too happy to exchange an item or provide store credit if an incorrect purchase is made on-line from our off the shelf range of products within 7 days from receipt date. We also understand that buying any product on-line can sometimes be difficult without being able to physically touch the items. Make sure the returned item is in unused condition with original packaging with tags attached, in perfect re-saleable condition and back to us within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us first before returning any item.
Sales and orders taken on all tailored, made to measure or special ordered items are final. Please ensure all measurements of these tailored items are accurate and double checked before ordering. If you are unsure on any of the measurements required or just want to check your interpretation of our methods, please don’t hesitate to contact us for guidance.
Accepted credits and exchanges will be to the value of the purchase price excluding any postage and handling coast. We are unable to issue refunds when items are returned for exchange, but you are welcome to choose any combination of items of an equivalent value.
Items purchased as part of a promotion, sale or clearance scenario are not eligible for exchange.
Postage and any handling costs (if applicable) in situations such as returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser both ways, so please choose carefully. Any associated postage will need to be paid before any replacement items will be dispatched. Any refunds granted by NVS Equine Attire are less the postage costs.
It is strongly suggested that you use a registered method of post or delivery, since any items lost in transit remain the responsibility of the buyer. For any returns, please use the address below but we request that you contact us prior to sending so we know to expect the returned items as well as providing us with any tracking numbers to ensure a fast turn around.
We are also happy to accept returns in person to help avoid any unnecessary cost to our customers. Please contact us first, so that we can ensure that we have your desired replacement item available at the appointed time.

We provide as much information about our products and sizing as possible, and encourage any questions you might have about any and all or our products before you make your decision to purchase.
Postage and Delivery Times
All postage costs are passed on to the purchaser without any form of unethical inflation or false profit taking, unlike some other online sellers. You will only pay as much as it costs us to send by via registered post and price depends on physical dimensions, weight and your location. Postage prices, and any postage specials offered are valid for Australian addresses only.
Most orders are dispatched the same day, or the next possible business day after full payment is confirmed. We will notify you by e-mail when your parcel has been sent and you will be supplied a tracking number so that you can check the status of the parcel at any time. Please allow 4 – 5 business day delivery time within Australia, but in most cases you will find your purchase will arrive earlier. Please let us know of any deadlines or time restrictions you may have in receiving your purchase. We are happy to explore alternate postage or courier methods on your behalf. (This may be at a further postage cost.)
For tailored and special order products, please allow an additional 4 to 6 weeks. Although most items could arrive earlier, we prefer not to pressure our manufacturers into deadlines which could possibly sacrifice the high quality of our garments.
For international purchasers our prices we do not include any ‘country specific’ importation costs such as customs duty, taxes or fees. These are difficult for us to include in our checkout system since there can be so many different ways these charges are applied between different countries and therefore remain the responsibility of the purchaser. While most items usually do not attract any additional charges, if you are concerned you should investigate your country’s import regulations to avoid any unexpected cost.
The checkout system used on our site is very easy to use. Simply click on the items you wish to buy, and then continue to the checkout to make payment. We accept a number of convenient payment methods:-
